Repair
Repairs offered range from replacing batteries to replacing hard drives or LCD displays. Prices vary greatly between repairs so take a look at the pricing page for more information. If your iPod has been severely crushed or submerged in water, there is likely to be extensive damage and in many cases, it is cheaper to buy a new device.

Upgrades
With the cost of flash memory dropping rapidly, it is now possible to replace your iPod’s hard drive with compact flash memory. This upgrade will increase your iPod’s battery life, minimize loading time, and make your iPod more shockproof. This upgrade is offered for all hard drive based iPods including the iPod mini.

If you find yourself running out of room on your iPod, you can choose to upgrade your iPod’s hard drive.

Restoration
After constant use, many iPods begin to look worn and old. If your iPod is covered in scratches and dents, choosing to have it restored will give you an iPod that looks like new. You may specify exactly what you want replaced. Some choose to just have the faceplate replaced since they don't spend much time looking at the back of their iPod. Others choose to have all external parts replaced. This also gives you the opportunity to change the color of your iPod.
